Boys Will Be...

The expression, “Boys will be boys” is used to express the view that mischievous or childish behavior is typical of boys or young men. For this project, I wanted to show the other paths boys sometimes follow. I developed three posters that show my thoughts about this topic and I then asked others for theirs. See the results below.

This poster is about young boys who later identify as women.

This is meant to draw attention to the growing incarceration rate of Black youth in America.

This poster addresses the importance of role models and father figures in young boys lives.
